With the launch of TotalAssist, Patient Advocate Foundation wants to ensure you have the tools and resources you need to check your eligibility, apply for and manage grants, submit claims, and access and navigate the TotalAssist portal and other self-service tools.

A fund must be open in order to apply for assistance. If a fund is closed, we encourage you to sign up for our TotalAssist Fund Notification System to be notified when it opens for applications.

TotalAssist chat feature: Available on the bottom right corner of every TotalAssist webpage, use this tool to get help with application status, claims status, pharmacy card balance, and more. The chat is monitored by our team during our regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ET).
